Early Career

Before Redstone: Alpine Homes, Geonerco Family of Builders

Before stepping into mixed-use and multifamily, I ran Land Acquisition and Development for Alpine Homes, sourcing, acquiring, and developing numerous single-family home subdivisions across Northern Utah. Alpine was a top performer inside the Geonerco family of home builders, operating across Denver, Utah, Oregon, Seattle, and Vancouver. That era is where I learned how many shovels actually get in the ground when entitlements slip, and how to protect a development schedule from city friction. Everything on the Projects list above is a continuation of those fundamentals at a bigger scale.

What I Teach

These projects are the syllabus.

At the Development Intensive, the content is what you just read, unpacked: how to source a site before the market, negotiate with holdouts, structure a JV with the landowner, shepherd entitlement through hostile rooms, navigate a Brownfields program, and keep a capital stack intact through construction.

Private coaching is the same content applied to the deal you're working on right now.
